Roostr is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform only. Please read the following carefully before listing or renting any vehicle through our platform.

Roostr is a peer-to-peer marketplace and advertising platform that connects off-road motorcycle owners, rental businesses, guides, and riders. Roostr's role is limited to providing a place for users to discover listings, connect, and communicate.
Roostr does not own, rent, lease, manage, inspect, maintain, transport, or control any motorcycle, vehicle, equipment, or tour listed on the platform.
Roostr does not act as a rental company, tour operator, broker, insurer, or payment processor for rentals arranged between users.
All rental transactions, agreements, payments, deposits, cancellations, disputes, and any other arrangements are made directly between the Host and the Rider.
By listing on Roostr, each Host agrees that they are solely responsible for:
- •The condition, safety, legality, and maintenance of their motorcycle(s)
- •Verifying the identity, age, and qualifications of the rider
- •Ensuring the rider has any required license, skill level, or experience
- •Setting their own rental terms, rules, and policies
- •Providing their own rental agreement, liability waiver, and release of claims
- •Maintaining any insurance or coverage they believe is necessary
- •Complying with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permitting requirements
Important:
Roostr does not provide host insurance, rider insurance, liability coverage, damage protection, or legal documentation unless specifically stated in writing.
By using Roostr, each Rider acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:
- •Evaluating whether they are qualified and physically capable of operating the motorcycle
- •Reviewing and accepting the Host's rental terms, waiver, and rules
- •Inspecting the motorcycle before use
- •Operating the motorcycle in a safe, legal, and responsible manner
- •Any damage, loss, theft, misuse, injury, citation, or claim arising from their use of the motorcycle
Warning
Off-road motorcycling and adventure riding are inherently dangerous activities and may result in serious injury, disability, death, or property damage. Riders assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roostr shall not be liable for any:
- •Injury, death, accident, or bodily harm
- •Motorcycle damage, theft, loss, or mechanical failure
- •Property damage
- •Disputes between Hosts and Riders
- •Misrepresentation, fraud, or unsafe conduct by any user
- •Claims arising out of a rental, ride, tour, or off-road activity arranged through the platform
Roostr does not guarantee the conduct, honesty, qualifications, safety, insurance status, or reliability of any Host, Rider, guide, business, or listing.
Use of the platform and participation in any rental or riding activity is entirely at your own risk.
By using Roostr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and responsibilities.
